Yes, it was this week, towards the end of May, that the Big Brother cast finalists were called. In the first week of June, there was an article in TV Guide talking about the new houseguests we had to look forward to. More commercials started to roll through June. End of June, we began hearing the insider info on the hamsters, the final decisions are already made and those who made it in get the call, and shortly thereafter, “press day” arrives and we get to get to see the hamsters themselves.Details
Alright folks, another busy day in my (boring) life and another exciting day in the world of network TV. NBC and ABC presented their fall schedules today and CBS (now on my hated networks list – oh, all 4 spots are now taken!) broke word of canceled shows. Click down below to see what NBC (last season’s 4th place network) and ABC are bringing your TV (Hi-Def and snazzy or not) …Details
Well, May upfronts started today! I’m a big TV nerd, so this is the time of the year I keep up with news like my life depended on it. FOX presented their upcoming schedule and I think this might be one of the few times FOX might be competitive before Idol kicks off! Yes, I know I am late on this… but with all the hubbub of moving down to the final 2, Gokey leaving, and my other annoyances with the whole shebang, I completely let something slip from my mind, only to have it pop up again in my little brain today… and all I have to say is… WTF American Idol?Details
Hell’s Kitchen 5 had a good finish to the show… Paula DaSilva and Danny Veltri deserved to be there!! I, as a viewer, am over the moon because that makes 2 shows I felt this way about in 2 weeks TAR & HK!!!
Paula’s Red team consisted of Andrea, LA and Lacey. I felt bad for Paula because I do think Lacey was a drain on the team. I still find the return of Lacey to be a huge blunder on Chef Ramsey’s part that makes Hell’s Kitchen a joke. Danny’s Blue team consisted of Ben, Gio and Carol. I was worried about Danny after hearing Gio’s bitter talk but was glad to see him get the job done. I was also relieved to see that Carol did her part desite her hope that Pauls would be victorious.Details
