Earlier today, ABC and the CW announced a few changes they have planned for the upcoming midseason. We already had news from Fox and NBC. CBS likely won’t make many changes, as they tend to stick to the tried and true. And it works for them.

The Dana Delaney procedural, Body of Proof, will return sometime early February after Private Practice closes it’s doors. The show will land the Tuesday slot at 10pm ET. Once Last Resort airs its finale episode in early February, Zero Hour, – a conspiracy themed series – will kick off it’s season on February 14 at 8/7c.
After 666 Park Avenue airs it’s final episode, Red Widow, will claim the Sunday 10pm slot. Widow focuses on a woman who gets caught up in a Eastern European mob. The two-hour premiere will air on March 3 before the show takes it’s regular time slot the following week.
Also getting some change is Suburgatory, which will move to it’s old timeslot at 8:30 ET on Wednesdays, after The Neighbors wraps its season, starting April 3. This will free up the post Modern Family slot for newcomer How To Live With Your Parents (for the Rest of your Life) – yes that is actually the title. Family Tools, which premieres May 1, will kick off it’s season after Suburgatory’s finale.

Finally, of note for ABC – Celebrity Diving premieres March 19 at 8pm ET. New cooking competition, The Taste, from Chef Anthony Bourdain kicks off Jan 22 at 8pm, and DWTS will return March 18 with the results show airing the following Tuesday.
As for the CW, we know that Emily Owens, M.D. didn’t get further episode orders but will air all of it’s produced episodes. Once the show closes, Cult will fill the Tuesday 9pm ET slot starting February 19. The show focuses on a journalist blogger who investigates a TV show after his brother went missing, as he suspects this TV show is recreating crimes in real life.
