Just a few weeks after ABC cancelled 666 Park Avenue, the network is now pulling the remaining four episodes from their schedule. ABC promised that the show would be aired in its entirety and that they had plans to retool the ending to give viewers a satisfying finale. However, fans will now have to wait until the summer to see the show’s final 4 episodes.
Starting on January 6 at 10/9c, ABC will air original episodes of struggling sitcoms Happy Endings and Don’t Trust the B—- in Apt. 23 on Sunday nights. As previously reported, new drama Red Widow will still premiere on March 10 at 10pm ET. This schedule change also allows ABC to air more episodes of both sitcoms, since the two comedies would be dropping off ABC’s schedule come mid-March, to make room for Dancing With the Stars. Both shows will still air original episodes Tuesday night at 9/8c, as well.
ABC’s other cancelled drama, Last Resort, is still set to return in January to air its final episodes.
