American Idol: Casey Abrams Back in Hospital

BREAKING: Casey Abrams, contestant on American Idol, is back in the hospital. Abrams, as was reported earlier, had previously been taken to the hospital during the top 24, only to make it to the performance show by the skin of his teeth. Now, he has been taken back to the hospital, and will not be attending the live results show.

Apparently, the singer has stomach bleeding triggered by stress. I guess it’s stressful being on such a high rated show. Last night on American Idol, Abrams sang the Joe Cocker version of “With a Little Help from my Friends” which was rated quite highly by fans.

Not since season one has a contestant missed a results show, and the one time it did happen, the contestant was sent home. Hopefully Abrams has nothing to worry about. We here at the Yak wish him a speedy recovery!
