Hell’s Kitchen 5 Finale

Hell’s Kitchen 5 had a good finish to the show… Paula DaSilva and Danny Veltri deserved to be there!! I, as a viewer, am over the moon because that makes 2 shows I felt this way about in 2 weeks TAR & HK!!!

Paula’s Red team consisted of Andrea, LA and Lacey. I felt bad for Paula because I do think Lacey was a drain on the team. I still find the return of Lacey to be a huge blunder on Chef Ramsey’s part that makes Hell’s Kitchen a joke. Danny’s Blue team consisted of Ben, Gio and Carol. I was worried about Danny after hearing Gio’s bitter talk but was glad to see him get the job done. I was also relieved to see that Carol did her part desite her hope that Pauls would be victorious.

Annoying commercial of the week…

OK all….I have decided to share my newly found irritation with the rest of you.  I understand that commercials are here to serve a purpose, to raise revenue, create jobs, etc.  Now, here is my issue.. I hate being held captive by these creations when they are stupid, asinine, or play on peoples fears. My first installment of most annoying commercial is the latter. It attempts to strike a fear in us so deep that we will be paralyzed by it until we call their number, purchase their product, and line their pockets. Then, and ONLY then, will we have peace in our homes forever…puuuuhleeeeease.
