Is there anything Betty White can’t do? Betty White has signed on to a new Reality Show, aptly (tentatively) named “Betty White’s Off Their Rockers.” The show will follow senior citizens with hidden cameras as they happily pull pranks on people. The show is based on a hit Belgian program that has been also been produced in many European nations and South Korea.
“People have been telling me that I’m ‘off my rocker’ for years – now I can prove it,” White joked in a statement Thursday.
The reality show follows seven seniors who band together to play pranks on younger people, with White helping conspire to put one over on “the unsuspecting youth of America,” said NBC and Universal Media Studios executive Paul Telegdy.
Betty is no stranger to NBC, having starred in the “The Golden Girls” for the network, as well as a recent stint on “Saturday Night Live.” She also stars in the TV Land sitcom “Hot In Cleveland”, which was just recently renewed for it’s third season. She also has a book hitting stored in May entitled “If You Ask Me (And Of Course You Won’t).” Boy has she been busy!
When the new reality show will air, we have gotten no word, but I bet it will be great! What do you think? Will you give it a show? Let us know below!
