CBS announced today that Two and a Half Men is on an immediate hiatus, while it’s star, Charlie Sheen, goes to rehab.
Statement from CBS Entertainment, Warner Bros.Television and Executive Producer Chuck Lorre: ”Due to Charlie Sheen’s decision to enter a rehabilitation center, CBS, Warner Bros. Television and executive producer Chuck Lorre are placing “Two and a Half Men” on production hiatus. We are profoundly concerned for his health and well-being, and support his decision.”
As we reported eariler, Sheen was rushed to the hospital yesterday with stomach pains after sources say spending the weekend with porn stars and drugs, of which Sheen denied.
We wish him well and a speedy recovery, and congrts to CBS on a great decision. This just may save his life.
