Buy Big Brother Feeds And Support Charity: Find Out How

An Open Letter to Big Brother Fans from YakkityYaks co-owners:

Loyal Yak Readers,

As most of you are more than aware, Big Brother is just around the corner. With that comes the 24/7 feeds, which we all look forward to discussing as we spy on the hamsters in the Big Brother house. As owners of YakkityYaks, my partner Kasey and I would like to reach out to fans of the show for a new “twist” in Big Brother feeds.

BUT FIRST….

We have always tried to be all-inclusive and different at YakkityYaks and we value giving back to charity and helping to raise awareness and make a difference in this world through love for reality television. Many of you were supporters and advocates with us last November during Anti-Bullying week. Your participation is still very much appreciated and has gone noticed. That said, we would like to do something different this year and spring some proceeds to a particular charity from the profit we make selling Big Brother feeds. That’s where you all come in.

Are there particular charities that are near and dear to your heart for one way or another? Are there particular charities that you have witnessed make a difference in people’s lives and you’ve given support to in the past? We’d like Big Brother fans to feel connected to these charities, so feel free to leave a suggestion in the comments and/or in our forums. As the season kicks off, we will decide where the money will go. While we understand that every charity that might be recommended is worthy of extra help and support, it is virtually impossible to send proceeds from any one particular sale to a charity of choice. As a compromise, we will write a post showcasing each and every charity suggested, as well as provide readers with donation links should they choose to make a separate donation to a particular charity.

We pride ourselves in trying to think outside the box, all the while trying to make a difference in the world. We hope this is a way we could continue that mission, all the while having fun with the upcoming Big Brother season. We know that every blogging and reality forum site looks to maximize sales. Everyone has a site to maintain. We don’t try to detract or take away from any of that. We just ask that if you appreciate our site maintainance, forum features, tweets, facebook posts, or just like to Yak, you’d consider buying the feeds through the Yak. In doing so, we can assure you that your purchase will not only go towards a summer of (hopeful) drama for you to enjoy, but to help us continue what we do FOR YOU and most importantly, support a cause near and dear to many hearts.
