NBC and ABC plan to give viewers some closure on a few shows the networks abandoned this past season. Starting in June, the networks will air the remaining episodes for the following series on Saturdays.
Over on NBC, “Do No Harm” was pulled after just 2 episodes, but the network vows to finish out the season starting June 29 at 10/9c. The Jekyll/Hyde series set records for NBC that everyone at the network would like to forget. The network had put “Smash” on Saturdays this winter after a disappointing second season from a ratings standpoint, while the show will air its finale Memorial Weekend on Sunday May 26.
ABC pulled “Zero Hour” from their schedule just a few weeks into the season, but the conspiracy themed drama will get a first season conclusion this summer, as well. Beginning June 15, the network will air two episodes starting at 8/7c, before airing an episode a week starting June 22. The series will air its finale with a special two-hour episode on August 3.
ABC announced the return for the concluding four episodes of “666 Park Avenue” on Monday, the same treatment will be given to the show starting June 22 pairing it with “Zero Hour.”
