Evicted Big Brother Houseguests NOT in Sequester

Zap2It reported earlier today that Annie, Monet, & Andrew, the 3 evicted houseguests of Big Brother 12, are no longer in sequester. The reason for the initial sequester was unknown, but fans speculated that one of them may be eventually returning to the Big Brother house. After Julie spilled a lot to Andrew in his exit interview, fans began to wonder if that was going to be the case any longer. What could it mean?
