Fall TV Preview: NBC … The Fighting Peacock?

As summer winds down and we get hit football season, back to school sales, and can no longer wear white pants, it’s also time for your TV and DVR to start sweating bullets. Why? Well, the new fall season is less than a month away from premiering and you just know that you’re going to pile on more than you or your DVR can handle. That’s why we’re here to help. For the next few weeks, we’ll be sifting through what the major networks have to offer. We’ll preview new shows, remind you about your old favorites, and provide you with a calendar of what shows will air when … and more importantly, when they’ll premiere. When NBC returns to the small screen this fall with original programming, you can expect 6 new shows (3 of which are sitcoms) to fill in the blanks on their fall schedule. In addition to hits like the Parenthood, Law & Order: SVU, award-winning sitcoms like The Office, underrated gems like Community and reality TV favorites like The Biggest Loser, NBC plans on showing you the inner workings of playboy clubs in 1960s Chicago as well as giving us a twist on the classic tales of the Brothers Grimm.
