Finales Galore. This Can Only Mean One Thing!

The Amazing Race had it’s seasons final flight last Sunday. America’s Next Top Model poses for the last time tonight. Survivor’s come back to civilization soon. American Idol hits (or misses) it’s last note in only 2 weeks. Dancing with the Stars is waltzing to a close. All these finales can only mean one thing: Summer is upon us, which means, Big Brother is coming!

That’s right, our favorite summer hit is coming back, with a start date in the beginning of July. We should start to hear rumors as early as 3-4 weeks from now, and see our first glimpse of the new Big Brother House and Cast by the end of June!

Which leads me to my next question. Where are you spending your Big Brother secret indulgence this year? If you have yet to check out the Yak in the summer, you most definitely should! Aside from the shameless promotion, what would you like to see, or not see, this year on Big Brother? What do you think would be a good house theme? What kind of cast would you like to see? Personally, I hope for diversity, not just a whole bunch of pretty people sitting around. I would like to see them go back to peanut butter and jelly for the food restrictions. I would like to see, like season 1 and 2, the HGs have to earn the luxuries in the house. Remember the potato clock? I really hope no one knows one another in the house! Strangers please! I really hope for a few that really make me laugh, like Will (S2), Brian, Dan and Steven (S10). I want some very strategic players like Will (S2), Danielle (S3) and Dan (S10), some competitive players like Janelle (S6). I would like at least one big villain that I hate, like Shannon (S2), Maggie and Eric (S6) and Jen (S8). (You gotta have someone to hate!) Maybe add someone loud like Jase (S5) and Dick (S10). We need someone older in there for sure, like Jerry and Renny (S10). Oh and of course one to cause controversy, like Chima (S11). (Admit it… it was fun watching her get the boot!) Last but not least, you need to stir in a little bit of crazy. Allison (S5) or Natalie (S9) will do.

Also, for goodness sake, DON’T get people that get along all the time, or try to keep the arguments to a minimum. Yes, I’m talking to you Ragan! We like the drama! In fact, your argument with Rachel was one of the greatest things on the feeds in your year! My personal favorite seasons were 2,3 and 6, (even though S6 had people that knew one another, it was still a great one), so are you listening BB Producers? Try to model this upcoming season after those, just for me, ok?

Lastly, to potential candidates: Talk to the cameras! We sit here, hours on end, watching you eat, sleep, make up some boring games, and of course talk game. When you are alone, we would very much appreciate some insight of what you are thinking, and some jokes. Dr. Will talking to us on the live feeds during the All Star Season was one of the greatest and memorable moments for us feed watchers, so don’t be afraid to dish it all out to us! Oh and mention us on camera! YakkityYaks, YakkityYaks, YAKKITYYAKS! We promise if you do, we will be your BIGGEST fan site!
