“I’m Sorry” – New Reality Show?

I guess saying “I’m Sorry” is not heartfelt unless you say it on TV. Not just TV, but Reality TV.

Ryan O’Neal and his daughter Tatum are currently filming a reality show for the OWN Network with the hope of further mending a relationship that was in tatters for years.

In a recent interview with the Associated Press, O’Neal said the series “was Tatum’s idea. She sold it to me.” He said, “Frankly, I didn’t think that anybody would be interested and so, I just agreed, hoping that it would go away.”

Well, Ryan didn’t get his wish. Matter of fact, a half dozen episodes have been filmed already. He did say, however, that he is happy to have his daughter back in his life.

The only question I have now… Are all shows on the OWN Network going to be this cheesy? Couldn’t this have been solved in an hour with Dr. Phil?
