Magic Number to get Ryan Lochte on ‘The Bachelor?’ $750,000

It’s no secret that Olympics stud has been receiving many offers to appear on television after his performance at the 2012 London Olympics. Lochte has already signed on to guest on the CW’s remake of 90210. His episode will air this fall as the show returns in October.

Now, internet reports are claiming that Lochte’s camp is quoting a magic number of at least $750,000 to see the bachelor on ABC’s reality show “The Bachelor.” He has been very open and constantly dropping hints about his interest to land the title role on the ABC hit, and his team is working closely with producers and the network to see what may come of this. That number might reportedly climb to $1 million if ABC’s interest is that high.

Lochte is also receiving offers to headline his own reality show and appear in some movies overseas. A source close to Lochte claims that

“Ryan is acutely aware that he has to attach himself to the right projects and endorsements that won’t do damage to his all American image. As much as he’d like to do [The Bachelor], Ryan does have some reservations about The Bachelor because he wouldn’t have any control on how he is portrayed on the show.”
