NBC released a set of dates today for three of their upcoming summer shows. Kicking off Thursday’s announcement is the drama “Crossing Lines,” which looks at the International Criminal Court as they investigate cross-border crimes and global criminals. The series stars William Fichtner, Donald Sutherland, Marc Lavoine, Gabriella Pession, Tom Wlaschiha, Moon Dailly and Richard Flood. “Crossing Lines” will kick off June 23 with a special two-hour premiere at 9/8c before moving to it’s regular slot Sundays at 10/9c on June 30.
On the reality side, “And The Winner Is…,” hosted by Nick Lachey, will kick off at 9/8c on July 11, followed by “Hollywood Game Night,” which will be hosted by Jane Lynch. “Game Night” will feature A-list celebrities getting together with non-celebrities and playing games with them in what the network claims to be a “cocktail party atmosphere.”
As we previously announced with “And The Winner Is…,” the show mixes performance from a singing competition with the strategy of a game show. Six acts will go head to head each week for a shot at $1 Million. Contestants must edge out other contestants and avoid tempting cash prizes as the game progresses.
