Fall TV 2010, NBC: Another Spin-off, Outsourced Jobs, and an Event

Yesterday we took on CBS’s fall lineup (and Fox right here) and the promise (or lack thereof) it brings to this fall’s tv season. Today, let’s take on NBC. With 7 new shows slated to hit the mini-screen (click here for the fall schedule) and one old favorite going retro, does NBC have what it takes to dig themselves out of the ratings hole they’ve been in recently?
