Yes, yes, YES my dear Yakksters the LONG LONG LONG wait is nearly over!!! After a lot of legal mumbo jumbo and hoopla between Bravo and Lifetime, Project Runway Season Six is set to premiere on August 20th on Lifetime, 10pm Eastern/9 pm Central!!! Happy dance!!!
Heidi Klum, Michael Kors and yay, Nina Garcia are back to judge 16 aspiring designers hoping to find their way to New Yorks’ Fashion Week. Mentor Tim Gunn obviously will be back as well, guiding them along the fashion path. But wait, there’s more!
Following each episode we will also get another half hour of the show, but from a different “angle”. This time around we’ll also get “Models of the Runway”, giving us a behind the scenes perspective from the models’ perspective. Now we’ll get to see even more of the model’s path to hopefully getting to walk in Fashion Week and better yet, getting that cash prize/photo spread in Marie Claire magazine.
