Check out what went on Eviction Day in the Big Brother house. And don’t forget to be following our forums for the latest!
Eviction Day in the Big Brother house started off s-l-o-w. The houseguests got their wakeup call, but they all turned on the lights and went back to sleep until Big Brother announced the HOH lockdown. Brendon and Rachel stayed in the HOH bathroom, but we’re unaware of what the other houseguests were doing in the HOH bedroom, because all we saw on the feeds the entire time was Brendon and Rachel.
After the lockdown was over, the houseguests took their showers to prepare for the live show, where we saw the heated conversation between Brendon, Ragan, and Rachel in the backyard; an interview with Brendon’s exfiance, Rachel evicted with a 6-0 vote; and the beginning of the HOH competition. The person who can loosen and crawl through the knotted rope and make it to the end not only wins HOH, but they also get to choose the three Have Nots for the week.
From the start Brendon was moving quickly…much more quickly than any of the other houseguests. Big Brother added chicken feathers that blew onto the houseguests, then they added rain, and wind. After about an hour, Brendon was the clear winner of the competition.
He chose Britney, Matt, and Ragan to be the Have Nots for the week. From the penthouse to the cots. Suck it Matt. ~ Yellowdog
Later in the evening, Enzo and Hayden had a private conversation where they said that Britney needs to be evicted this week. They also agreed that it’s just the two of them, so eventually they will either have to tell the Brigade or let Matt and Lane find out on their own.
Ragan and Britney started off weepy, but Britney pulled out of it and said that if it’s her week to go, she doesn’t want to be miserable all week and leave the house miserable. So, she’s going to have fun with the people that she likes. Ragan, on the other hand, has been crying since the HOH competition ended and can’t seem to pull himself together.
At around 11:30 BBT the lights in the house flickered a couple of times and the fans in the Cabana Room, which had never worked in the past, turned on. The Houseguests gathered in the living room expecting to see a saboteur video, but Big Brother calmly explained that it was an accident and not game related.
By midnight BBT they still hadn’t done the HOH reveal. Brendon said that he asked in the Diary Room if he could get a letter from Rachel instead of his parents, so that could be the hold up.
Tomorrow is the nomination ceremony! Let’s see if Brendon goes through with the promise he made to Rachel about who he’d nominate.
Thanks to our LFU’s and screencappers for today’s recap, especially Kristin who put this together!
