It seems the night started/day ended with Ragan and Matt having some sort of heart to heart. Matt expressed concern that the plan might be reversed and Andrew might put in motion a “vote out Matt” campaign. Ragan said he will talk to Rachel to make sure to stick with the plan to get Monet evicted. Ragan also mentioned that Kathy might be his target should he win HOH. Other than that, the Houseguests kept in with the theme for this summer for the rest of the night “Expect us to be boring.” I’m sorry but they’re as useless as soap is to Natalie ~ SaintDagame
Around 8:30 BBT, the Houseguests were awoken to U2. And it seems for the second day in a row, Enzo and Matt head over to the Cabana room for their “I’m not napping, just lying here with my eyes closed” part of the day. And they shared a blanket. Cute. For some reason, Ragan also felt the need to share a very personal tidbit that almost all could have done without. But for the 3 of you that might be wondering, there you have it.
Andrew seems as if he’ll be isolate in the house today, as it is a Jewish day of mourning. At least the HGs seem mindful of this. Can anyone tell yet that this morning nothing exciting has happened yet? Ok, good. It seems as if the liveliness of the morning is happening in the HoH room as Brendon and Rachel seem to get things going on under the covers…that is, until Kathy walked in and decided to join them on the bed (around 1045 BBT). Aww, at least she feels close to them. Oh Kathy’s not leaving the HOH for awhile. She’s getting comfortable in that bed. I can’t wait to see how they are going to get dressed under the blankets while she’s sitting there rambling. ~ Kristin
Small talk and sweet nothings were still happening around the exciting Big Brother house by 12:43pm BBT. About an hour later, Kathy and Monet had a heart to heart about why Monet was on the block and how she feels like an outcast. She thinks that using the money she won in the first challenge is a cop out. (If that’s the only reason, yes, it is a cop out. But who am I to say?) Kathy told her how she’s gotten to know people in here and everyone has their own genuine thing about them. It breaks her heart too (lot easier to say when you’re not going to be evicted, eh?). Monet feels targeted (well she kinda was) and isn’t really sure why. Does Rachel hate her? Does Rachel really feel threatened by her? Another theme of the season, pout when you are perceived a TARGET in a game where only one can win. Everyone is a target … do the houseguests know that? Oops – enough editor interjection.
I think Britney thought the house would be full of Care Bears. ~ Ahrean
Well, the peace didn’t last for long. At around 4:15pm BBT, we finally saw some life in the houseguests. Rachel, Britney, Monet, and Kristen couldn’t hold it in anymore.
Monet isn’t understanding why Rachel decided to put her up after not talking to her for nearly 2 weeks. Britney cried because Monet is her best friend in the house and said she doesn’t do well with confrontation. And it all seemed to start because Kathy thought Britney was going around talking about something Kristen and Rachel allegedly said. Monet insinuated that Kristen called her a bitch, to which Kristen responded that she never uses the word! Rachel heard from someone that Kristen might switch her vote and that Kristen should soon be targeted, so she went to talk to Kristen about it. Apparently that led to what the houseguests are calling “drama” but what rather seemed to be a scolding to a child who didn’t eat her broccoli. And where’d Enzo in all of this, you ask?

And after all of this, what happens to the lovebirds?
Oh its another episode of The Hot and Horny – The Storeroom ~ hevnlee
It didn’t take Rachel and Britney long to find time to talk afterwards. Up in the HoH room, they compared stories about Matt and his volunteering to be put on the block as a replacement. Rachel blurted to Britney how she was nervous after Matt volunteered because she just found that weird. Britney “confirmed” that Andrew and someone else she won’t name were targeting Brendon and Rachel. Britney told Brendon and Rachel that Matt asked Brit to throw HoH this week so he could win and nominate Brendon and Rachel. Britney, Rachel and Brendon discussed the possibility of trying to switch votes before Thursday…Matt is now apparently the shady one and Monet isn’t targeting Brendon/Rachel! But it doesn’t seem that they will give in and try to vote Matt out. Monet seems to still be the target…
(Click on pics to see them bigger.) Meanwhile, Ragan, Kathy and Rachel discussed the possibility of a house meeting – to put everything out in the open, to clear Matt from pulling ”Ronnie.” At the house meeting, Matt spoke for himself and reminded everyone that he volunteered to go up on the block because he couldn’t vote for the way the house wanted him too – he would have voted Andrew out and not Monet.
Everyone tries to sort out who said what and if Matt knew he was going up, and if so, why he is pretending to freak out and be surprised. Matt said that Brendon and Rachel are now a target for him if he’s still around wins HoH next week. Hayden, Kristen, Lane, and Kathy keep out of the drama for the time being. In the midst of it all, Brendon tells Matt that he’ll be going home this week. Whoa, what a promise to make! And Monet can’t hold in the tears either feeling that Matt lied to her after he was nominated. In the meantime, Brendon accused Matt of being Ronnie.
The meeting breaks up as Brendon, Monet, and others stand up to leave. The meeting didn’t seem to accomplish what it was meant to accomplish, but the Brigade is still a secret and it seems as if Rachel and Brendon’s target is now much bigger. Even after it all, Matt doesn’t stop on calling Rachel out on her lies and pot-stirring. Rachel thinks she is the biggest TV star since Elmo. ~ Yellowdog
As the night came to an end, Rachel propositioned Matt to align with her and Brendon (and Ragan). In other news, Rachel made it a point to mention a number of times how she has begun to fall in love with Brendon. Hmmm…And with that, my friends, I leave you with 2 thoughts…Rachel was told to tell the Houseguests that there will be an EXTRA long lockdown tomorrow. What for? Stick with us! And would you sign this petition?
I swear I’m ready to petition CBS to bring back Ronnie at this point. ~ Saint Dagame
