Survivor Winners Ethan and Jenna Set Off on The Amazing Race

Production on The Amazing Race just started yesterday and we already know at least one team on the Race. Ethan Zohn and Jenna Morasca from Survivor are confirmed to be among the teams racing for next season’s 1 million dollar prize.

This, of course, isn’t the first Survivor couple to jump into the Race. Rob and Amber of course actually ran in two seasons. Big Brother also has had their houseguests enter the race with Jeff and Jordan, and Allison and Donny.

No spoilers yet of course on how far they have gone, since production just started yesterday. We do know they made their flight at LAX however, which means The Amazing Race 19 seems to be taking off out of Los Angeles once again.

The Amazing Race 19 is set to premier in Fall, 2011.

Although many adored Ethan and Jenna, I’m still not so sure how I feel about all the recycling of Reality show participants. I mean, a part of me would like to see all new people get themselves a chance, but another part of me likes certain characters and would like to see them compete in a different kind of competition. Ah well, I guess CBS has made up my mind for me.

    I would like to see them give their money to PETA since they are big supporters and they both have won the big money.  I hate seeing contestants from other shows infiltrate this great show.  They gets tens of thousands of applications to do this show and I would like to see them use “nobodies”.
