The Amazing Race First: Who won TAR17? Plus TAR18 teams!

If you haven’t watched yet, you will get spoiled. Continue reading to see who won The Amazing Race!

Last night in a TAR first, an all female team took the big prize. Doctors Nat and Kat were the first team to cross the finish line, winning themselves a cool $1,000,000. Second place, closely following the Doctors were another all female team, Brook and Claire, the Home Shopping Hosts. Third place was taken by Jill and Thomas, who appeared to have more trouble with a cab out in Los Angeles than they did anywhere else in the world, pretty much halting their progress in the final leg.

Following the finale, fans were treated to a glimpse from the upcoming season, which is set to premier on February 20th, filmed for the first time in stunning High Definition. The locations should look amazing! This next season, as previously reported, is an All-Star season, allowing teams that did not win in their season, a second chance. Dubbed “Unfinished Business”, team speculation has been rampant based solely on the teaser last night. Many of the teams shown last night match our previous list of spotted All-Star teams, but there were a few that did not. So many teams were shown in the short clip last night, I can’t imagine they would all be on the show. Brook and Claire for example, shown in the preview, were not previously reported or spotted on the Race now filming. Neither are Michael and Kevin (Father/Son Internet Sensation Team from TAR17) or the Princeton Singers who were singing it up in the preview. Our list of actual spotted teams running the race are below (marked spotted) and the unconfirmed teams (marked preview) seen in the clip. We have also included an unofficial video found on YouTube of the confirmed seen All Stars teams. We are ALMOST positive that the ones marked confirmed below are the only racers, and that the preview was misleading. We will see though!
