The Big Bang Theory – Another 3 Seasons? [UPDATE]

My absolute favorite show on TV, The Big Bang Theory, has now closed a new, $260 million plus three year renewal pact.

According to Variety, CBS and WB have been quietly negotiating for some time now, and have settled on some of the major points before the holidays. Representatives for both CBS and Warner Bros. declined to comment on the specifics, but the deal covers about 66 episodes, 22 episodes per season. This deal will take the show through it’s seventh season.

Congrats to actors, crew, Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady. Should be one heck of a vanity card in the next few weeks!
