Yak’s Reality Check: Losing the Three P’s ~ Passports, Pounds, & Popularity

Yakksters, it’s that time again. Sorry for our absence last week, but we’re back! No need to waste space and up the characters in this article. Click below for your Reality Check!The Biggest Loser ~ Are you prepared to say Tracy is THE luckiest person on Biggest Loser??? Are you? Because if you aren’t, then you’re sadly mistaken. Right off the bat they started with a temptation. 36 silver trays on a huge lazy susan. Prize: Choose teams and trainers dividing the teams into blue and black (I really hate this part). So Rudy steps up. Spins. Gets a huge slice of cake. 1000 calories. Has to eat it. Danny gets a cupcake, 700 calories, has to eat it. Allen gets a cupcake, 100 calories, has to eat it. Rebecca gets a chocolate covered doughnut, 280 calories, has to eat it. Up steps Tracy. As Coach Mo stated, there was just something in the wind. She spun. And she gets the golden ticket making the game effectively over and her having the biggest game changing power in the house!!! OMG, a lunatic has control!!! So she picks the team. She kept Coach Mo and herself on the blue team with Bob. She also kept Shay and Daniel together on the black team with Jillian. She put Abby on the black team and her partner Allen on the blue team. Rudy on the blue team, his partner Dina on the black team. Amanda on the black team, her partner Rebecca on the blue team. And the one that is going to bite her in the butt—Liz on the blue team, her partner Danny on the black team. During the exercise, Liz passed out. She was bound and determined to win immunity and her focus was on getting Tracy out of the game. Now Liz is a southern woman. Jillian asked the question that all people ask of southern women who have been stabbed in the back. “What does a southern woman do?” And Liz……her response….GET REVENGE! However Liz did explain to Rebecca, Dina and Rudy just how a southern woman does that. She will cook for Tracy, watch movies with Tracy, be friends with Tracy….and then BAM!!! Yes, ladies and gentlemen, never stab a southern woman in the back. We are the most vicious of women. In true Southern style we will smile in your face while plotting our revenge. I’m lovin’ some Liz right now. However it didn’t quite go as planned. Shay lost an amazing 16 pounds! Black team won the weigh in. Blue team had to send someone home. Coach Mo was in a lot of pain in this episode and he told them that as a coach if someone didn’t perform you can’t keep them in the game. So Liz’s new plan—if Tracy stays in the game, bigger target on her than on Liz. Good move! On a side note: The Blue team won the challenge so they got videos from home. Rebecca tried to give up her video to Dina but Dina refused but hugged her and thanked her. Then Liz goes up to Danny’s room and asks him to view her family video with her. He said he would be honored. So they go down, Liz presses play…………..it’s DANNY’S family video. Liz gave up her video in order to help her friend get back on track! America’s Next Top Model ~ My favorite contortionist Benny Ninja came out to help Tyra’s tiny beauties express themselves with their bodies. He brought along the help of Lil Mama and The Jabbawockies. Those are some boys who can move! The models were challenged to choreograph a dance showing the emotions of happy, sad, and angry resulting in Jennifer, Kara, and Rae winning the $17,000 worth of bling bling. Nicole scared everyone as usual and of course thought she did awesome. After the challenge Ashley, the one Tyra scouted from her talk show audience was boo hooing because she’s apparently a dance instructor in real life and she couldn’t even win a dance challenge. I actually enjoyed her mini breakdown. All the girls then turned into giddy schoolgirls when they found out this week’s photoshoot was inspired by Cirque du Soleil’s Mystere.The girls were photographed in teams of three. My girls Brittany, Laura, Rae & Erin held their own and posed like they were 6 feet tall. Jennifer looked short and stumpy in her pictures and just kept ruining the shots for her team. Nicole can’t keep her claw hands looking soft and pretty, Kara was boring, and Ashley has the look and cheekbones and all that good stuff but girl cannot model. She looked like a corpse in her pictures. Who would Tyra (who’s face looked as puffy as a blowfish for some reason) choose to leave the competition this week? Boring Kara and Corpse Ashley were in the bottom two and apparently Tyra can work with boring so Ashley goes bye bye. We’ve heard it before…. just because you’re the prettiest girl in a crowd does not mean you can be America’s Next Top Model. Come discuss with us in our forums!! (~H-Bomb)

The Amazing Race ~ A lost passport. That’s what gets Zev & Justin out of the race. Meanwhile, we still have bitter poker players and a clueless lawyer with an even more clueless fiance still in the race. That sucks. You could also tell how sad Phil was from those two. He wasn’t ready to see them go and neither was America. But such are the rules of the game. On the bright side, the Globetrotter’s are doing a good job as scaring the local population. When the lady ran away from them with her scarf, I was laughing like there was no tomorrow. She sure knew how to mess with those dudes. Oh, and could Lance and Keri have been anymore rude to the locals when trying to sell their helmets?? I’m sorry, but I just don’t like them if you can’t tell. Since Zev and Justin were eliminated from the race, Sam & Dan ended up getting first place this leg. They are continuing to dominate this race.  I have to say, I realize the monkey business relates to Cambodia’s culture, but I feel like the RoadBlock was a nice walk in the park this leg.
